You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any secondary authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must notify 29pak immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending transactions at the time of closure will be resolved in accordance with the applicable transaction terms. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as self-exclusion requests under Section 12.
29pak operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity, age, address and source-of-funds verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of 29pak, we reserve the right to restrict Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals. Providing false, misleading or forged documentation will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and listed by 29pak at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change. All funds deposited must belong to you personally — depositing third-party funds is prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified in the platform's current cashier terms. 29pak processes withdrawal requests in good faith within the timelines published in the Help section. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 29pak reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the current fee schedule. Users will be notified before any fees are applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 29pak are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

Sports betting markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events are subject to the sportsbook rules published within the platform. Settlement of bets is based on verified official results. 29pak reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, suspected match manipulation or technical errors.
Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific studio provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, unsettled bets will be resolved based on available data. Where resolution is not possible, 29pak may void the bet and return the stake.
In the event of a technical malfunction, 29pak reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where a technical error results in an obviously incorrect payout or outcome, 29pak reserves the right to correct the error, including recovery of erroneously paid funds.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 29pak platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
