Player Protection Tools
Every one of these tools is accessible directly from your 29pak account dashboard. You do not need to contact support to activate them — they are designed to be quick, easy and effective.
Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect — decreases apply immediately.
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period. When your losses reach that threshold, play is paused until the next period begins. Like deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately while increases require a 24-hour wait.
Set a maximum session duration. When your session reaches the limit, you will receive a clear notification and the option to continue or log out. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing unplanned extended play sessions.
Choose a notification interval — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — and 29pak will display a summary showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during that session. A small pause for perspective can make a real difference.
Take a temporary break from gambling without fully closing your account. Cool-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, your account remains open but gambling access is suspended. You can request a cool-off at any time from account settings.
Self-exclusion is the most serious protection tool available. It permanently or temporarily closes your access to the 29pak platform. Minimum exclusion periods start at 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Requests are processed immediately upon receipt by our support team.
Getting Started
Setting up responsible gambling controls on 29pak takes less than two minutes. You can adjust these settings at any time — the process is designed to be straightforward and accessible from any device, including mobile, which is how most players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi access the platform.
Access your account from the desktop site or mobile browser. All responsible gambling tools are available on both platforms without any additional downloads required.
Click on your username or profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
The Responsible Gambling section is clearly labelled within Account Settings. You will find all available tools listed here with straightforward controls.
Select the tool you want to activate, enter your preferred amount or duration, and confirm. Decreases and restrictions apply immediately. Increases have a mandatory 24-hour processing period.
If you want to self-exclude, contact our support team directly via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and processed as quickly as possible. There is no waiting period for exclusion to take effect.
Know the Signs
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is often difficult to recognise from the inside. These are some of the most common warning signs. Recognising them early is the first step towards getting back in control.
Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose — including rent, household expenses, savings or money borrowed from others.
Continuing to gamble — or increasing your bets — in an attempt to win back money you have already lost.
Regularly playing for much longer than you intended, or losing awareness of how much time has passed during a session.
Concealing the amount of time or money you spend gambling from family, friends or colleagues.
Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when you are not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape from stress, anxiety or personal problems.
Taking loans, using credit cards or borrowing from family and friends specifically to fund gambling activity.
Viewing gambling as a reliable way to earn money, make ends meet or fund daily expenses — rather than as entertainment.
Gambling is affecting your work performance, family commitments, studies or social relationships in a noticeable way.
You have tried to cut down or stop gambling before but found it very difficult or impossible to do so on your own.
Self-Assessment
The questions on the right are based on widely used responsible gambling self-assessment frameworks. Be honest with yourself — this is for your benefit alone. There are no scores to submit and no data is collected from this page.
If you answer "yes" to several of these questions — particularly those relating to money, relationships or emotional state — it is a strong signal that you should use 29pak's self-exclusion or cool-off tools, and consider speaking to a support organisation.
Ask yourself honestly: in the past 12 months...
Have you spent more money on gambling than you originally intended on any occasion?
Have you borrowed money, sold items or used savings to fund gambling?
Have you tried to win back money you have lost by gambling more?
Have you felt anxious, irritable or unsettled when you were not able to gamble?
Has your gambling ever caused arguments, concern or worry among family or friends?
Have you ever hidden how much you have gambled or lied about your losses?
Have you missed work, family events or social commitments because of gambling?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently, even when you are doing something else?
Have you ever gambled to escape from stress, problems or a low mood?
Have you tried to stop or reduce your gambling but found it difficult to do so?
Understanding Your Options
Not every situation calls for self-exclusion. Here is a simple guide to matching the right responsible gambling tool to where you are right now.
You are playing within your means and enjoying gambling as entertainment. Use deposit and session time limits as a proactive measure to stay that way. Prevention is always easier than correction.
You have noticed a couple of warning signs — perhaps spending slightly more than planned or playing longer than intended. Activate deposit limits, loss limits and a reality check notification. A cool-off period is also worth considering.
Gambling is starting to feel stressful or compulsive. Take a cool-off period of at least one to four weeks. Use that time away from gambling to reflect and, if needed, speak to a support organisation in confidence.
Gambling is affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing. Self-exclude from 29pak immediately. Contact our support team — self-exclusion requests are our highest priority. Please also seek professional support.
Our Obligations to You
We verify the age of all account holders. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction) is closed immediately and all funds are returned.
We process self-exclusion requests as a priority. There is no waiting period — once your request is confirmed, your access is suspended. We will not send promotional communications to excluded users.
Users who have activated loss limits, are in a cool-off period or have used any self-restriction tool will not receive promotional bonus marketing from 29pak.
Your full transaction and betting history is always available in your account. You can see exactly what you have deposited, wagered and withdrawn at any time.
Our customer support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond appropriately — with empathy, without judgment, and with a clear path to available tools and resources.
A permanent self-exclusion request is irrevocable. We will not re-open permanently excluded accounts under any circumstances, including future requests from the same user.
